Users type in their mails and click “send”.The recipient gets the mail without text. The automatic footer is there. That’s also what you see in “sent”.
Happens to about 2-3% of the mails.
I assumed user errors for a while, but more users complain now about this.
It started when we started upgrading Lotus Notes from 7.0 to 8.51. Most PCs have FP2.
Mail templates are different, some back to 6.54, extended by a software vendor. But I see no relation between the mail file version and the error occurance.
Anyone seen this before and found out what happens?
