I have a mailsend formula set up. The first part of it seems to work fine. I have the second portion where I make this statement:IMDS_Submission = “Yes”;“sfizer”;“”);
It does not send the email to the person in thisportion. Do I need to set up another @If statement? Any ideas are more appreciated.
@If(@MailSend(SendToAddress;“”;“”;“New PPAP Request”;“”;"A new PPAP request has been entered into the database. It requires your attention. Click on this link to view → ";[IncludeDoclink]))
If I understand the problem/question correctly, what is happening is that Responsible_Facility has some value which is being correctly trapped by your IF statement. The IF statement then stops, thus it never sees the IMDS_Submission portion.
You can set up two IF statements, one filling in SendTo1 variable, and the second filling in SendTo2 variable. Then you can send to both, assuming they have valid values.
@If(@MailSend(SendToAddress1;“”;“”;“New PPAP Request”;“”;"A new PPAP request has been entered into the database. It requires your attention. Click on this link to view → ";[IncludeDoclink]))
SendToAddress2 := @If(
IMDS_Submission = “Yes”;“sfizer”;“”);
@If(@MailSend(SendToAddress2;“”;“”;“New IMDS Request”;“”;"A new IDMS request has been entered into the database. It requires your attention. Click on this link to view → ";[IncludeDoclink]))
