@MailSend is ignoring Body field

I have a simple form with the following fields:- Subject (text)

  • SendTo (text)

  • Body (Rich text)

…and an action:

  • ‘Send’ (formula = “@MailSend”)

The document gets sent, but there’s no Body field! Not even a ‘Body’ item on the document. Both other fields are there and are fine, and if I make the Body field plain text, that field works too. It’s only when the Body field is Rich Text that it gets left off completely.

Any ideas, anyone?

I’m using 6.5.4 on Windows XP Pro.

The rich text field is not created on the document unless you save the document at least once.

Melissa, you’re a star! I tried saving the document before sending it, and it worked first time (–field was sent with the document). Thank you very much.
