Hi,I am using @mailsend in a shared action button on a document. The code I am using is this:
@MailSend( CurrentApprover ; “” ; “”; “Reminder Please review this document” ; “Reminder This document is awaiting action by you. Please follow the link to the document.” ; “” ; [IncludeDoclink])
The email I am getting has the all the correct data, but just before the doclink there is other data I didn’t ask for, like a role name or the users full lotus notes name. It changes depending on which document I run it from. I have no mail preference fields on the document. Has anyone seen this before?
