I hope you can help me!
I got several clients, who are complaining, that if they become a mail fom an exrternal sender (from exchange), and there is an attachment included, the paperclip icon is shown at the mail, but after opening it, there is no icon for open it.
In 1 case, that is the issue, if sender is sending mail, with an HTML signature, with plain text signature it is working well.

But it is not working!
Does anyone had this problem before? What could be the solution?
