i have a problem with my client all the messages come in view not in inbox can someone help me please

Hi,have look at the $inbox-folder(s).

We’ve had the same problem last year. We didn’t recognise that the mail5.ntf had TWO $inboxes after upgrading a domino server. (No, we never touched the original template design, but something went wrong - Lotus Support wasn’t really helpful).

What happened: The old $Inbox held all the old document entries, but the new one was shown. Only new Mails appeared within the (new) inbox.

  1. Disable ALL custom agents2. Disable ALL rules

See if this helps.

People usually set up a rule to move ot delete documents and then don’t realize it is catching everything
