we are facing a problem where a users mail is getting deleted automatically specialy mails which is received from external mails ID,while trying to archive the mails it is giving the error message " notes error: document has been deleted"
Can somebody help out as very importat mails are getting missed out

This can occur if the document is initially archived directly from the open document. When that happens, the document is removed from the Inbox view but the document window remains open. If the user then tries to archive from the open document again, the error “Notes Error: Document has been deleted” is returned.
N.B : Please check the archive database to find these documents …

Thanks for your response, but i have already checked in the archive it is not present ,it is not even present in the trash,I have checkd the SAV Dom also but couldnt find anything in the quarantine,

Check for the mail rules. If any rule set on the client.
and what does the LOG say ???
