Hi,
A user complained of mails getting filed to the wrong folders. She used to drag-drop mails to folders but we advised her to right click on the mail then choose ‘move to folder’. We cannot find anything that might cause mails to automatically get filed to the wrong folders. We upgraded her mailfile and folder design. Would you have other suggestions?
