An agent sends mail when triggered on the webquerysave event.These mails are sent to abc.xyz@sss.com and when abc receives the same I want the from field to have pqr.mno@sss.com, where i can pick the value pqr.mno@sss.com when pqr is submitting the doc, instead of the persons notes-id.
What are the ways i can do this?

Put the value you want into a field named Principal and also ReplyTo (if you want replies to that address). Within Notes it still shows a “Sent By” value, but it should appear to come from the address you choose.

Setting reply to works fine for Reply.But the From shows the notes id as pqr s/dddd/dd
instead of what ever i set, Principal, AltFrom and many more other fields i tried out.
Any other particular field or any other setting than setting field?
