Hi,several users are complaining, that they are keep loosing their mails. When they try to open a document, they got the error message: Invalid or non-existent document.
I can get rid of these messages by Ctrl + Shift + F9, or updall -R, however it’s not a solution, since they would need those e-mails. It’s not related to the inbox, since it happens in the sent view as well.
Any idea would be appreciated!

are you using shared mail? could it be that the shared mail db is not available somehow? I’d try a “load object collect” on one of the problem mail files.normally, you get a different error (something like “object store used by this note…”) when you have a shared mail issue, but it’s a thought.

No, we aren’t using shared mail, each user has individual mail boxes.

Check the All Documents for the emails that were corrupted in the folder.

I had the same problem in the sent view, which is not a folder. Documents disappeared from there as well.
