My question here is about mails that are coming as read when a open them in my Lotus Notes Client.
I am sure that those mails have not been readed neither from web nor from other notes client.
Does someone knows why this can be happening and how can I solve this?

I’ve seen this behaviour with a user who had his preview pane opened a tiny crack - not enough to actually see the preview, but enough when coupled with the User Preference “Mark Documents Read when opened in the Preview pane”, enough to mess with his head.
