The problem is that mails are not being archived on the client side through a server based policy.let sayIf the days set for the archive is 5, then mails older than 5 days still remains in the mail box.While we have disable the option “Do not delete the documents that have responses”.

what date are you referencing? Archiving works on last modified date, not create date. check the last modified date to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the reply.Infact the archive is set with the last modified option means documents which is not modified for 5 days would be archived.But i 've checked on the different client where the documents which are not modified for the last 5 days are not being archived.
