Mails appear in sent folder, but are not sent

Hi,

I have a problem with a user sending large mails. The mail is found in his sent folder, but not received by the recipient (even if the recipient is internal). In addition, no entry is found in the Mail routing events.

Any help would be much appreciated.

We’ve checked - it’s neither dead nor pending.

It’s quite confusing as we cannot see any relative entry in the mail routing events either.
