What is the best way to go about managing a mailing list? Last I checked there was a 15,000 character limit on a text field for a group, so if the mailing list would exceed that, I would have to span several groups, which clutters the Public Address Book.

Once you nest the groups, you can have them hidden, by removing the document properties for that group.

How do you hide the group? Is there a way to prevent it from showing up in the address book’s group listing for most people, and be viewable to administrators?
