Mailin databases and RightFax

We are planning to install RightFax integrated with Lotus Notes and Cisco routers and we have several question related:- when send a fax from a mailin database who is the send that shows up in the cover sheet? The mailin or the user who actualy is sending the fax on behalf?

  • when sending on behalf of another person who is the sender in the cover sheet? The owner of the mailbox or the person that actualy is sending the fax?

  • Can the sender define the TTI or change a predefined TTI?
