I have mailfiles that are randomly changing their ownership. Literally. I have had them revert to an old Domino Domain (long irritating story) but that at least is still their user account. What is more disturbing is that lately I have had a server begin taking ownership of people’s mailfiles which makes replying to these emails extremely difficult. I literally have no idea where to look.
Subject: Check the user ID files
Check the Your Identity section of the user ID files and see if there are old names and/or server names there.
Subject: ID files were all replaced
I’ve been monitoring this as this is still happening, but the main issue is that all the ID files were replaced during the changeover. All of them have the new domain and none of them have the old domain in any of their ID files.
However… The mail files themselves… Is it possible this is a Signing problem?
