We upgrade all our clients to version 6.5.4.
But now the mailfile opens automatically.
How can I prefent opening the maifile after startup ?

Check a few things…that the User.id and Cert.id isnt on the PC
That the Notes Password and NT Password do not prompt to by synched. File > Security > User Security… Untick box
Switch IDs to a different Account and close notes down again. It should then prompt you for password at next logon, instead of letting you straight on in
