I would be grateful if anyone could tell me what is the recommended size for mailboxes. We have approximately 200 mail users and mailboxes upto 5 GB.

Hi,As the documented size for a nsf file may go up to 8 GB. For a smoother & faster operation i recommend to keep:
normal users quota up to 500 MB
management users up to 2 GB
Subject: size
There’s no maximum recommended afaik. The max size for a db is 64GB, we have mailfiles up to 13GB which function just fine (about 100 in total)
