One of our user is having a problem with his lotus notes, when he logs in, the first error comes up as file does not exist: mailbox.ntf and when he replies to an email, the second error comes up as file does not exist: mail.box.
I have renamed mail.box to .old but the mailbox.ntf doesn’t automatically generates the mail.box file. I also replaced the mailbox.ntf but it did not work.
For most of the desktop client issues like this I find that if you delete the Desktop5.dsk, should it have been an upgrade, or the desltop6.ndk along with the cache.ndk and on rare occasions the bookmark.nsf it resolves the issue. Something gets corrupt and this fixes whatever the client is pointing to in error.
