MailBox Creation Through WEB

Hi All Experts, Who can i register a user through web. When I am Using Notes–> Register Its Working fine.Its add a person in my address book.As well as the mail box created.

But When I am Adding a Person through web its add a person in the address book but the MailBox is not creating.

Please Guide me that can i add a person through web.

I assume you’re using webadmin?

It works here, to reassure you that it does work. Are you using the CA process? Have you configured suitable policies including a registration policy that states all required information?
