When one of our users click the icon “New Memo”, “Reply”, “Reply to All” or “Forward” from his mailbox the “Import” panel prompt first. I replaced his mail template and made a new copy of the mailbox. Same problem happened. I checked the settings around, no luck to find the solution. Can any body help?
