Hi. I read a post here that explained how to modify an existing condition in the ConditionParser section of the Mail6.ntf template, so that all mail tagged with $DNSBLSite would be sent to the JunkMail folder. This works fine, as I after I refresh the user’s database, the rule is applied. However, and to my dismay, users starting complaining about spam again. I looked at this template, and low and behold, the modified condition wasn’t there anymore. I modified the template DIRECTLY on the server, how could it have possibly gone back to the original state? I think it happened after I rebooted the server, but I am not sure. Anyone ever have a change to the mail6.ntf template all of a sudden reverse? Please explain this behavior! THanks! -Brad
