Hi,i have domino 7 and lotus notes client 8.I used so many application but some time users face following error on submiting the form "Unable to send mail , multiple matches found in name & address book ".
please tell me how can resolve that kind of problem.

may be they must be having the same email address in their local address book

check the Location document for the following:
Recipient Name lookup : Exhaustive etc

I know that IBM work quite hard to fix this in the Domino 8 server environment. This is because they dont work as expected. These are likely to be causing the issue because they should work as expected in the new version 8 client.
