Mail is not viewed in the lotus notes client while I can see the mail in Domino Web Access. All the versions are 7.0
One of the users is having this problem. I sent him an email, he cannot see the email in his notes client (which normally receives mails) but when he checks through DWA he sees the email. The email never comes to his notes client !
Is this a kind of viewing problem ? ctrl+shift+f9 didn’t help.
any ideas on this ?
