The objective of this project is Email Monitoring.

  •      We have for example one Admin email account called “Admin_Lotus”.

  •      There are 10 employees with lotus notes email accounts. 

  •      The requirement is…whenever any user send or receive email to any domain (yahoo, gmail etc or their own corporate email), a copy should be sent and saved in the “Admin_Lotus” account with the user folder.

  •      So the aim is to monitor each incoming and outgoing emails form each user and storing them in the “Admin_Lotus” account.

  •      The user or admin with access to “Admin_Lotus” account can hence see emails sent and received by each user for security.

Hi reddy,

The feature that you want to use for this problem is Mail Journaling. It’s a built in feature of Domino and works reasonably well. The Admin help gives detailed information on how it can be configured and the options that are available.

what is that mail journaling… is it adatabase or some thing else…
