Hi, We are using Lotus Domino ver 8 server with 50 users .Now i want track mail in & out for selected user ( Consultant Person ).
In this we want to track only mail send by him & received from which domain.Which help us in audit .

Subject: Message Tracking
You can use Message Tracking to get this information, however, it will only allow you to track information from the time it is configured.
This is configured from the Configuration Document >> Router/SMTP tab >> Message Tracking tab.

Subject: Alternatively you might consider
a) Have his person doc forward mail to a groupb) have this group deliver to some database (tracking) and the person at the same time (Mail in database documents adressed from the group).
c) Make sure that person is only reader in the ACL of names.nsf to make sure, that he can’t change his person records (the setting in a)
This way you end up with a database that includes the content, too.
Subject: Mail journaling could also be a possible solution
This will also journal all of the messages.
