Mail tracking exploitation

Dear all,

We put in place, weeks ago, a postopen function that send a tracking mail as follow:

Mail file has been opened by : Administrator using : admin.nsf (path=mail\admin.nsf) on :[SERVER’S NAME]

plateform : Windows/32

notesversion : Release 8.5.3|September 15, 2011

We do receive mails, but we are not able to exploit them. So, would it be possible to create views into this Tracking database, where we can sort out all those mails as:

  • Statistics by Date

  • Statistics by Month

  • Statistics by Database

Subject: why aren’t you using…

why aren’t you using…the built-in message tracking functionality of the Domino server? It would be much more efficient than what you’re doing, and the capabilities you are requesting are already in there.
