Mail Tracking (Error: 0F:0F)

Hello,

I can´t get Mail Tracking to work, have deleted the database, disabled Mail Tracking in the configuration document and then enabled mail tracking and restarted the server.

When i try to track a message i get the error:0F:0F and i thought it had to do withe the index, deleted that too with no luck…

All i see also is router messages in the console that messages cannot be stored because of 0F:0F!!!

Has anyone seen this before?

ThanX in Advance

The error of 0f0f points to two potential areas in FTI :

-either the FTI UNK table is corrupted or

-or the data structure to be tracked is to big for the FTI buffer ( that would point to a document in that database)

Hope that gives so some ideas to lock for. I would start by recreating the mail tracking databases.

It might help to enable the “Allow more fields in database” option, then compact the db, remove the FTIndex and then re-create it.
