I am having a problem sending a mail trace to an internet address when I have relaying on. The mail trace just sit in the mail.box. Does anyone have any ideas?

It should be acting just like any mail sent to that address would. Go to the server console and type a tell router show q to see what state the message is in. Sounds like the domain may be invalid or the recipient’s server unavailable.

I did the tell router show queue and it said Msgs State Via Destination 6 Busy(3) SMTP Server IP address (Push)
Transfer Threads: Max = 25; Total = 10; Inactive = 0; Max Concurrent = 12
Delivery Threads: Max = 25; Total = 25; Inactive = 0
Does the SMTP service need to be push pull to make it work?
