About four or five times in the last couple of months, emails addressed to @mobileemail.vodafone.net sit in the mail.box whilst emails to other internet domains are sent successfully. Emails to @mobileemail.vodafone.net previously have been delivered without any problems. If I restart the router task the emails are then delivered immediately.
The following is reported in the Log (with SMTPClientDebug=1 enabled)
Your server is not able to see the remote server anymore. Either the server is down, routing issue or it is not accepting requests from you.
Can try doing a trace route to the DNS address. If that works try manually connecting to SMTP port with a terminal app and see if you get a response. See more here.
have an 8.0.2 Domino SMTP trying to send to mail.messaging.microsoft.com and getting the " terminated with status: 2562" error. have you figured anything out as to what is causing this error message?
