I sent an email to a user in the same Domino domain and traced the path. After less than 2 minutes, I got the Mail Router report back showing that the mail had delivered to her, but after more than 5 minutes, it still had not shown up in her Notes Inbox.
I deleted her cache.ndk, and rebuilt her notes.ini. No change. She does have over 4000 emails in her Inbox and I think that might be part of it.
Any other ideas?

I checked All Documents. It opned w/out error, but slowly. It has 13000 documents in it.

is the user looking at a local replica that has a slow replication schedule?

Nope. The user only has a server replica.

What if you hold down Shift and hit F9 to rebuild the inbox view.

It may sound vague … but still check if recepient name is typed correctly.
Also whether user has written any rule

It looks like the problem is the number of email in her Inbox. On Friday, she had 4400, she currently has 3200.
I added a rule that automatically redirected any mail from me to her Junk mail, then sent a mail. She received it in seconds.
