About 9 AM for several Monday mornings mail starts building and does not rout. Have tried to “Stop Router” but it doesn’t quit. Have to reboot system. Have looked at the Logs on LN and NT. It doesn’t show any reason. Am trying rebooting on Friday at EOD to see if Monday mail quits routing.

Maybe should you set the log level to an upper level (ex : log_mailrouting=40; see admin help). Then, you also can debug your router using the following parameters:
debugrouter=3
debug_outfile=
ex: debug_outfile=c:\temp\debug.txt
Pay attention this debug is highly resources consuming.

I guess it’s free then. B.T.W I tried “Tell Router Update Config” and the router took off and cleaned out the mail.box without having to shut down.
