Hi,

What are the different reasons for mails getting delayed.

Reasons will be different 1. If Mail containg large Attachements

  1. Mail COntaing Too many attachements

  2. To many Operation on the sending Doc(Might be validations or translations)

4.Server Busy

5.Congestion Problem

6.Recipent Inbox is too much Crowdy (Rare Case )

If it is low priority SMTP mail you may be set up to only route it at off-peak hours.
