Hii AllI need to configure that internal mail size limit is 3 mb and incoming internet mails has not a limit ? How Can I do this ??

You may customize the Send button (shared action) of the mail TemplateYou may add a formula to prompt user when the document size is larger than 3Mo and when fields sendto,copyto,bcc contains at least one value like @.*
