I’m wondering if you can address during this open mic session any plans you may have to address the scenario where the mail server fails over to a cluster mate and the impact this has to the blackberry server. Currently this does cause delays in delivery of Email to Blackberries as the BES will continue to poll the original mailserver, time out, and then connect to the failover server. Apparently the BES does not have any “smarts” build in to know that a specific server is not available. Thank you in advance.
