Mail Send Whole Document/Form

I have created a database using the Discussion Template. I need to be able to Send a whole document to an external internet address.If I use ‘Foward’, it attaches the document but it sends from the persons lotus notes database instead of the database where the document is stored. I have tried SendTo which send the email out to the correct address, but it does not have the text/document. Can this be done and if so how? (I need it to act like the Stationery in the Mail database, but I don’t understand all the programming).

I would appreciate any advise on this.

This is probably not going to work for you, because the external email recipient is probably not working in lotus notes. So, no matter what instructions I gave you the message would be mangled by the mail client on the other end.

If you want it so that by completing the form, their information is entered into a notes database on your end, then you will want your notes database set up on your website and send them the link to it there. Otherwise, you can use any number of tools (word, pdfs, etc) to create a form which you can attach to an email.
