One of my user had 4 mail rules in her mail rule but none of them are working as expected.
My Actions:
- Disabled and re-enabled them.
2.Deleted and re-created them.
3.Design replaced the mail file with R6 template.
4.Executed Domino standard maintenance tasks against mail file.
Still mail rules are not working as expected.
Could you please give any suggestion for this?

I have disabled existing rules and deleted them. Later through designer I have deleted $INBOX folder and design replaced.
Again created new rules its started working fine now.

Mail rules are stored in the calendar profile in the mail file. Is the person’s name correctly specified as the owner of the mail file?
Try using Notespeek to view the fields on the calendar profile.
