I’ve searched all the post but still i am not able to arrive to a conclusion whether mail rules problems have been fixed in R6 or not.
I want to know the limitations of R6 mail rules and also about the problems people are facing in R6 mail rules Finally is the mail rules problem fixed in R6

My advice is if you can help it, stay away from rules. I have many users whom have created rules, deleted them and they are still running on the server. I have an open ticket with Lotus… lots of shoulder shrugging and apathy, really. The CEO is considering moving back to Exchange/Outlook with the performance of rules/ NSD of NOtes clients/ Slow Notes clients etc. If I find anything out, I will post it.

Mail rules are a lot more reliable in ND6, but you must really train your endusers to disable a mailrule before deleting it. I too think IBM should fix this, but in the mean time… end user education seems the way to go
