Hello - I have a user who is receiving email on two internet email addresses. I would like to create a rule to file one of these to a seperate folder in the user’s mailbox. It works fine for the To and CC field, however, since BCC isn’t included in the headers, any BCC messages don’t get filed properly. It looks like the destination email address is only available in the “Received” fields. I don’t see a way to check this field when creating a rule.
Does anyone have any ideas without having to drop down into Lotus Script? (I’d like the user to be able to maintain his own rules).
