Hi all,
I’m having a problem with my mail rules, I’ve created a rule that looks for .mp3 files, and if found should mark the message as HELD, but it’s not working along with just about all my other 67 rules.
I remember there being a fix involving using the Designer client to renumber the rules properly, but I can’t find the posts on that fix.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Well I found the form I was looking for in Designer, and the mail rules are all numberd properly starting at zero…
Well I guess my next steps are this:
Down server, delete mail.box, up server, let it re-create mail.box and test.
Disable all rules, delete all rules. Re-Create all rules (BLA!)
Hope someone has a better idea!

Could you post the information on the form you rediscovered. I remember this as well, but cannot find it either. I have a user with the same problem and would like to see if I can fix it for him.
