We’re having a problem with mail rules. When a user edits a rule in their web mail, they are no longer able to edit the rule from their Notes client. Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it?

Subject: $KeepPrivate setting in ACL
Check “Replicate or copy documents” ($KeepPrivate ) setting in mail database ACL for that user.
Verify if the mail rule document is having $KeepPrivate field with value of 1. If this is so then this document can’t be copied to other places. And possibly can’t be edited either.
So granting “Replicate or copy documents” privilige to mail box owner user in the ACL may solve the problem.
