Mail Rules in Client not showing in Navigation Window

I have set up a few rules to test this filtering out. I know the rules are working, because the email are showing like they should. They do not show in the Navigation window. I would like to enable/disable at will. Has any one seen this issue and is there a resolution?

I had a similar problem with one of my users and I did the following to resolve it.

  1. Did a fresh mail convert.

  2. This made the “Rules” folder visible but new rules being added were still not visible.

  3. Opened the file in designer and found design properties of the Rules folder had “Prohibit design change” checked. Removed the prohibition and refreshed design of the file.

The rules were then visible.
