I have a client that has created 2 rules in his mailfile. The first is the Block Sender that moves the blocked list to his Junk Mail. The second moves all internet email to a folder called Outside Senders.
The problem is that he wishes that any of the Blocked Sender list would NOT go to his Outside Senders folder.
Is there a way to accomplish this? Left on their own, they each work but the blocked mail ends up in the OUtside Senders folder AND the Junk mail folder as well.
If anyone has had success with this scenario, please respond. Thanks for your help, Cheryl
Subject: Mail Rules - Blocking Sender
I would add your second rule with an exeption, i.e, a rule that moves all the internet mails to the Outside Senders folder “except” the sender is in the blocked list. The thing is, we haven´t a condition tha can retrieve “blocked senders”, so, any new sender your client moves to the junk mail folder has to be added to the second rule.
Hope this help.

Thanks for the response July. I’ve tested your suggestion and it works. I’m hoping I can come up with a more elegant solution since this person has a ton of entries in his blocked senders list plus he’s an elected official and I don’t want to continually mess with the Rules. He also carries a Blackberry which is another component to all of this. Thanks for your help, Cheryl
