Hello,I am trying to configure a mail rule to copy mail received from a specific user to a folder.
The problem is that when I delete the mail, the copy will be deleted to!
I have tried this on 2 different companies that have Domino installed and they were having the same problem.
The rule I created - When: Sender contain “address”. Copy to folder Test.
Is there a way to fix this problem?

It’s not a bug.
It is because it is not “copy” of the document, meaning 2 documents.
Copy to folder… just means that a pointer from one or more folders are pointing to the same document.
So if you delete it will be gone in every folder.

So, to be more explicit : - you can modify your rule to move (and not copy) the mail to your folder (and don’t need to remove it anymore),
