Dear All,
When I set up a mail rule for copy all incoming mail to my boss in my mail box. It’s work, but my boss receive 5 copies mail. I don’t know why ? Please help!

Hi! Today I have had the same problem.I have set up a mail rule which says all documents should be sent to 2 different mail addresses. However, there are 5-6 copies of the mail sent to both addresses. Does anybody have a solution? / Cecilia
