Mail rule not working

I have the following mail rule:

subject does not contain Fax received

AND sender does not contain S4i

AND sender does not contain wmbird-int.com

AND sender does not contain vendordomain.com

AND sender does not contain Admin@mydomain.com

AND sender does not contain Fax

journal this message

The subject filter is the only one working, the others appear to be ignored. I have tried:

  • tell router update config

  • stopping and starting the router and SMTP tasks

  • disabling and enabling the rule

  • disabling and deleting the rule, then recreating it

The only thing I haven’t done yet is restart the server, which I won’t be able to do until this weekend.

Subject: mail rule not working

Maybe a very silly question but is your mail in a different case from what you specified? (not sure if it is case sensitive).Is this the only rule you have? Is it maybe a rule you have above this one that filters it out?

I copied the mail domains and addresses out of messages in my journal database, so I know they are exactly as they appear on the e-mails. This is the only mail rule I have on the server.
