Mail Rule Disable not working

When We disable Mail rules. It is not getting disabled. We need to Delete this. Please help how to resolve this issue.

Dear Subhash,

Normal Procedure is ,

  1. Disable mail rule

  2. Then Delete mail rule

  3. Restart notes.

I think someone had tried to delete first & then trying to disable,
