I know this is a common topic and I found a couple of posts that had the same problem but I did not find an answer so I figured I would ask for help in find one. Thanks for any/all help!
Create a rule in a users mail file to forward all documents to an external address. When All documents → THEN Send full copy to mail@external.com. The message has a “forwarded” flag but I cannot find an entry in the server log where the forward attempt took place. I have confirmed that the sever configuration document is set to allow forwarding.
I created the same rule in another users mail file pointing to a different external address - same results.
I created the same rule in the same mail file except pointing to an internal address name/ou/o - still not forwarding.
I will open a PMR with Lotus and post any/all results but if someone can help before then great.
