Mail routing

Hi,

I have enabled the passthru access for mail routing which is working fine but after couple of days mail are lying on the passthru server. After restarting the whole server mail will route to destination but this solution is not feasiable. If any one face the same problem please let me know the solution for the same

Hi,Do you use a server to server connection document for mail routing? If so check the option ‘Route once if N messages pending’

Also make sure router task is running on pass through server. NRouter must be there in notes.ini Tasks entry.

Already we have server to server connection document with option “Route once if 1 message is pending” still the problem pesists.

Its not like daily we face the problem after restart the whole server it starts working. In server task router task is there in notes.ini.

When passthru establishes the connection to route the mail sometimes if gives the error “user not authenticated”. After the whole system restart it starts working.

If you have anything to specify please let me know.
