Hi All,We are having a problem in routing email. Can some one help me please…

Problem

Mail Router hangs and does not deliver messages over NRPC.All the messages addressed to the users in the Domino Directory accumulated in the MAIL.BOX databases.This problem can be fixed temperarily by creating new MAIL.BOX Databases and after couple of days the router starts to give the same prblem again.

Lotus Domino Version

Release 6.5

1000 + Lotus Notes Users with a considerbly high mail usage and 5 MAIL.BOX Databases are created.

Hardware Configuration

IBM X440

4 X 1.4 GHZ Processors with Hyperthreading Enabled

4 GB RAM

Anything hooking mail.box? A virus scanner running as ExtMgr_Addins= perchance?

Was there a solution for this problem. My router keeps hanging as well. Restarting the server temporaily resolves the problem.
